About me as a Yoga Lecturer & Instructor

I am currently a Professor of Yoga, breathing, meditation & spirituality at the Lorenzo de' Medici Institute in Florence where I teach yoga history, philosophy and practice.

I am also teaching Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Slow Flow classes at the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence and other clients.

I follow a holistic approach to improve the mental and physical well-being of my students, supporting them to be aware of their individual system. I teach in English and Italian.

In 2019 I trained as an Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga teacher (200h YTT) at The Yoga Loft in Brussels where I also had the opportunity to teach this discipline.

I followed a second training as a Yin Yoga teacher (100h YTT), at Samadhi in Florence that helped me to deepen my knowledge, and to work on myofascia and body tissues.

I completed a course on 'Mindfulness-based stress reduction' that allowed me to understand the principles of the management of emotional stress through mindful techniques.

My curiosity led me to discover somatic movement and contemporary dance, which I study with great interest and whose teachings I integrate into my knowledge on movement.

My approach to Yoga
